Five of Spain’s 15 most expensive properties are here in Marbella.



















Five of Spain’s houses with the heftiest price-tags are found in millionaire’s playground Marbella.

Number one being on the famous golden mile with a price tag of over €45 million, Number two is in Nagueles on sale for €32 million, numbers three and four are both in Los Monteros for €29.5 million & €24 million both with realtors One Marbella, and number four is in La Zagaleta for €18 million

Numbers 11 and 14 are found in Puerto Banus and Los Monteros respectively after a cluster of properties near Madrid’s priciest suburbs, Pozuelo de Alarcon and La Moraleja.

All 15 properties on the list cost more than €16 million and all have outstanding facilities, and confirm the news that Spain’s luxury sector is back on track… and here to stay.

Mijas getting ready for the summer season

La Cala Beach Mijas puts final touches to summer beach walkway. New walkway in Riviera del Sol nearing its completion as workers add the final touches to it. Approximately 250 metres of walkway connects the area’s beaches and the council has declared that they will continue to Calahonda as soon as permission comes through from the Junta de Andalucia regional government. Wooden bases are being placed under 40 showers on Mijas coast’s beaches and walkways down to the shore, created to meet mobility regulations. Beach councillor Carmen Marquez explained: “The work is being done on beaches including Playa Marina, Playa de El Charcon and Playa de El Faro. We aim to make all our beaches easily accessible for locals and visitors this summer.”
