Hotel occupancy up by 10% in Andalucia












10% more overnight stays were recorded in Andalucia hotels in the first quarter of 2015 than in the same period the year before.


Hotels and guest-houses across the region recorded almost 7.1 million overnight stays which is just under 10% higher than the start of 2014.

Even more good news – hotels are forecasting 80% occupancy for the upcoming May bank holiday, 5% up on last year, according to Luciano Alonso, Andalucia Minister of Tourism.
